The community is one of the nicest and well-taken communities on the north coast. With 24 hours security, a water park, restaurant, mini golf among other amenities that no other community offer, because it is placed as the #1 vacation community on the north coast.

A vehicle is recommended but not required.

The villa is designed for up to 5 singles or 5 couples. Guests are welcome but some rules apply. Maximum 10 people may stay at the villa overnight and larger groups are welcome during the day with advance notice. Please inquire about guest rules if you are not familiar with the community, but the villa is designed for fun and the rules aren’t overwhelming.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00 % if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00 % if cancellation occurs at least 15 days before arrival; No refunds within 15 days of arrival.
